Highest HP capable car in the game?

Hey there, anybody know what the highest HP and torque car in the game is so far? The best ive done is the Dodge Viper SRT-10 fully tuned with supercharger + all the N/A mods is hitting about 1086 HP or so right now. For some real fun try putting dirt tires on it and take it on a rally race! It handles like a pig on or off the track though, and runs 9.5 sec 1/4 miles with out nitrous.

Im wondering if theres something with more raw power available? Im not to worried about the max speed or handling really, i just want to find the most powerful motor out there

My Nissan R92CP Race Car or whatever the name is has 1160HP
My Jaguar XKR9 Race car or whatever the name is has 1152HP
My MINOLTA Toyota and some letters and numbers has 1150HP
My Toyota GT One Race Car has 1120HP

I have like 10 others over 1000HP but I forget them and dont feel like looking. If you want me to I can.

The amount of miles on your car has alot to do with power. I notice your MINOLTA race car has 1208HP with 0.0 miles and mine is 1150 ish HP with 25k or so miles. Mine is fully modded and tuned.

Minolta Toyota 88C-V 1206hp / 817ft.lb 7.3miles Fully modded. I think this is the only car in the game you will be able to achieve the highest hp number with. I tried modding 7 other endurance and LM race cars and none of them can reach 1200hp.

I second that, as mine has 1113HP or something. Shame it will not hook until 4th. I'm still messing with the settings though.

Mine has about 1150HP fully modded. It comes with 974HP stock, although this game is more realistic then GT3.

humm, mine ended up maxed out at 968HP or so i wonder why, that and it had NO DAMN TRACTION AT ALL....my viper is still the fastest car ive found so far, and it had good traction but corners like a drunk sloth in an SUV.

Umm, ok thats what i was able to piece together from sifting through the posts. Im SURE something is missing, and (maybe?) some of these cars may not be in HP, but in some other unit of measurement from the PAL versions.

Press and hold down R1 for nitrious, you can adjust your shot from the customize screen.

you got it to hook, my friends dont hook for shit. Cnat even run the quarter mile, even with traction control at 10, ####ign thing jsut burns the tires off the rims.

when youre in the setup menu, wheere you can chnage your configurations liek nitrous and whatnot, one of the bottom colum menus has the driver aid controls, and in there is TCS and you can set it 1-10

has any of you noticed that when you change oil, wash the car, the horse power jumps up again more then what it was before you even ran the car. the highest hp car i have is the toyota gt one car, or w/e it is. havent built all the cars yet.

Is this just in GT4 or Forza? I've got Forza and can't find anywhere in the game where you can change your oil and wash the car but I do know that GT4 had that option. Just a clarification so I don't go out of my mind trying to look for it.
