A lot of sources say the generall VE of a 4 valve engine is 85 percent. But with pep valves 1mm +, a Fully rebuilt head and cams, adjustable cam gears, MSD spark timing, Greddy cool air intake, 63mm throttle body and an OBX intake manifold that I got ported, polished and the flange resurfaced to help increase air flow. So my question is this would you guys say that I am probably around 90 percent now? Also could I safely run 8500 rpm as a redline on my engine look at my modifications before awnsering this question?

There's really no way to answer this other than using link to dial in A/F ratios and dial in the SD table.

Once that is done you will know.
