rebuilding my td05h

since im planning on rebuilding my turbo ive seen tons of rebuild kits all over the internet. my first question is should i just go with a full rebuild kit with as many peices as i can find? also do i need a new heat sheild, aparently they are hard to find. and where is the best place to get a rebuild kit. any help is appreciated, thanks!

TraderGreg sells very complete rebuild kits on eCrater.

Mitsubishi TD05 TD06 Major Turbocharger Rebuild Kit

His kits come with both the short compressor seal collar for 16G/18G/20G wheels and the long collar for 14B's, but the only oil shield given in the kit is for a 16G/18G/20G. If you're rebuilding a 14B, you'll have to reuse your existing oil shield.
