Evolution RX MBC Boost Spike???

Does the in car kit from Hallman, The Evolution RX MBC, have a boost spike problem? If so, is it significant?

I can't speak for the in car kit, but my brothers Hallman with ceramic ball and the heavy spring has no boost spikes and holds boost rock solid. We currently have the car at 20psi with the mbc sourced straight from the intake manifold. Here is his profile:

And here is proof of the boost control. The aem 5-bar is the purple line.

I've never seen spike from mine.
