Whats the difference between the Mitsu 7cm hotside and the BEP hotside for a td06h turbine wheel?

^^^ thats right, why do you ask? Are you trying to mix and match? If so, you can. Just make sure you get the wheel of the hotside of whatever housing you use. And it will need to be balanced if you do change wheels.

The FP Green has the td06h hot wheel on it with 7cm hotside. I was wondering what the pros/cons would be to switch to the BEP housing...?

The bep housing is made to fit numerous turbine wheels. I have had a bolton bep housing with my t31 turbine wheel for my 60-1. And I'm running a bolton bep housing now with my holset h1c. They hav td05h footprints for the bep housing. It flows a little better than a 7cm^2 housing from my experience. It has a better centered volute design, vs. the MHI offset volute. . .

Exactly. The scroll radius is also larger. Here's a pic of the volute inlets, you can see the symmetrical volute of the FP and BEP housings, and a cut-away of the 7cm vs BEP where you can see the bigger scroll.
