Need Torque!!!

I am currently building a 2G fwd...I am looking for alot of torque and would like to kno the most important parts to high torque cars....

Twicks69 mage 740hp, and 692 ft. lbs of torque....which is amazing and When you see high horsepower DSM they usual have low torque numbers

My goals are 500+HP on pump gas and ATLEAST 450ft lbs of torque....I will also be shooting for atleast a 10.9 pass on Slicks

I currently have a fully built 2.0 and a PTE 6152, evo III mani, tubular o2, and 3'' exhuast...

I will be switching to a GVautosport Divided Tubular T3 manifold....GVautosport Divided T3 Manifold

and I will also be Switching to a BW S362 with a divided T3 .70 a/r exhaust housing....

Now my next questions Is What kinda head and cams....keep in mind the car does see the street about 4 days out of the week...so0o I would like to spool fast....I was thinking 264/272....but I think I might try a 272/280 combo...considering the 264/272 combo made awsome power and still didnt lose alot of mid-range power

I would also like to kno which SMIM I should go with....Magnus, JM Fab race or drag?, or any other suggestions.....

I WANT TONS OF TORQUE so0o if you know of any big torque making parts please lemme know
