better turbo to go with for 450awhp

I was wandering if you think the garret gt3076r or the gt35r would be the better turbo to go with looking for 450awhp on 93 oct gas. How much of a spool time difference is there between the 2 with both having .63 a/r? Any thoughts would be great. Also the car has 272 cams rods pistions and arp headstuds. Its a 99 gsx.

Nope Holset hx35 for the win.

WAY faster spool and bolts on for cheaper. Nice fat powerband. 400whp from 5K to redline.
