So the story is that my 7 bolt motor spun a rod bearing. I sourced out a stock 6 bolt bottom end and put my 2g head ontop to complete it. I changed a lot with my setup at the same time. I went to a T3-T04E E-60 with a .63 hotside and a Stage 3 turbine, tubular manifold, RNR 3 inch O2 eliminator downpipe, huge front mount with 2.5 inch piping, and some other small things to go along with it. Now I have no experience with a turbo of this size, but it was to my assumption that I would experience a lot more lag with the larger turbo, the front mount, and the 6 bolt bottom end. I came from the stock sidemount and a 14b. But for some reason when I am just cruising and I go to give it some gas the needle on the boost gauge doesn't match the boost itself. For example, in 5th gear I can go WOT and see 3 lbs at 2k rpm and then it slowly starts to creep up after that. When the car is shut off it read "0". I am dumbfounded. The car feels really laggy, but my boost gauge will say its reading like 10lbs or more. I will check all the hoses tomorrow.

Also my wastegate doesn't seem to be opening. Its a Tial 35 MM hooked up to a direct boost source on nipple on the side. I put on my MBC turned all the way down and it still doesn't matter. If my boost gauge is reading right its seeing over 20 lbs of boost on just wastegate pressure and it just keeps building, which doesn't make since cause I used to fuel cut at 17 lbs on my 14b, and it doesn't fuel cut at over 20 lbs on my 60 trim. Hopefully its just the boost gauge though.

I fixed the wastegate issue. The nipple I was getting my boost source from was clogged. My buddy is bringing over an extra boost gauge he has and we are gonna swap em out. This is just a totally different setup that I'm not use to yet, plus I havn't driven the car in more than a year. Thanks. :thumb:
