SBR front Mount not fitting with Fluidyne

Over the winter I upgraded to a Fluidyne Radiator and a SBR front mount for my 2g. The radiator is now installed, and the sheet metal on the body is completely gutted out so the IC pipe can fit. The end tank of the intercooler is hitting the bumper support bracket and the IC is hitting the radiator. it goes in but is like an inch away. The radiator cant shift over, the bumper support can’t move, What should i do? Can the radiator get cut into a mm or 2?

A pic would make it easier to see the problem. I wouldnt cut the radiator at all. Just provides a weak point.
