well have a PTE GT30RLE goin for a setup with the wastegate on the O2 housing. no here is the problem began..... the turbine housing had the divider removed and the flap welded shut. means i cant use that turbine housing unles i weld a wall for the divider. thats not gonna happen no one welds cast iron round here!! but i have gotten a different housing and with out looking or thinking like a newbie i got a diffent specs on the housing. now the new housing does have the divider on however there is a bigger gap from where the blades go to the wall of the housing. if i am correct the diameter of my gt30 wheel is 60mm and the other housing is 68 mm but besides that the gap is huge from the wheel to wall of the housing. might this make me spool at later RPMs or ### are some of the options i might be able to do.

That will make the turbo virtually unusable and send your turbine efficiency through the floor. If you have a GT30 turbine wheel, you need a turbine housing designed for the GT30 wheel. No other turbine housing will work, even if it physically fits on the center section.

You're pretty much out of luck. Get a new (proper) turbine housing. Perhaps call FP and see how much they want for one of their gorgeous cast stainless ones that they designed for their FP series turbos. Explain that you have a GT30 cartridge that you got elsewhere and need a housing for it. They're (properly) designed for O2 housing mounting.

Otherwise, call PTE, bullseye, or one of the usual suspects to get a GT30 housing that hasn't had the divider ground off. Used GT30 housings without the CHRA are probably going to be in short supply. I've never seen anyone sell one before.
