I am getting an FP3065.I ordered 1bar spring in my tial.So minium boost is around 15 what is max boost on a 1bar spring.

Also looking at fluidyne rad and those colored dual fan plug and play slimline fans from spal or something forget now who makes them.Any problem running those fans with the fluidyne and FP3065? Talking clearance issues here.

FAL is the name you are thinking of, this is the model Here These fans are not a plug and play setup and they will not bolt up to a Fluidyne without some custom brackets. Clearance is good on the FP setup, I don't have the Fluidyne rad but the stocker has lots of room ....so I can't see it being an issue.

Typically the way the wastegate set ups go is like this. 1 bar is like 14.7 psi i think. You can run twice that in boost. SO you should be able to run around the 30 lb mark in psi.

Staytuned I am sure it said the Fal plug into the factory harness and bolt to a factory rad.Thought the fluid is same as factory for mounting.. so now more confused.
You said you run the standard rad in your car but do you run those fal fans..??
I wonder if the fluidnyne is a good mod or not and if those fals are a good mod or not.
They do look kinda bling bling..LOL
Nice car too Staytuned looks a lot like mine!

ok sorry see you run the fals in your car.
They seem like fraud advertising they say they plug right in and that is a lie and they dont even bolt up to the factory rad..they sound like overpriced junk..don't even think they look all that great and they are not cheap.:notgood:

I just used the factory plug harness off the fans and wired tham up to the Fal fans. The Fal fans come with only two wires and the factory fans have four wires. You need to wire the two positive factory wires to the positive on the Fal fan and the same for the negative. Now repeat for the the other fan.

They do seem to fit fine in there with some tweaking.Do they do a good job of cooling the car? And in the pic they look sort of pink not red maybe just the flash on them or something. Are they red or more pink? Just wondering if get them should maybe get the black set instead of red set.My car is same as yours.
Wiring sounds easy enough ,not completely plug and play wonder why that is or is the eclipse different from the talons in regards to fan wiring otherwise why do they say they plug in to factory harness..

LOL the colour is red but I wish I had gone with black. This was all they had in stock at the time. I have never had a cooling issue with these fans and the stock rad. I see no need to go with a Fluidyne untill this rad blows up. The wiring is the same for all the 2G's only differnece would be AC or no AC fan, I think the reason they call them plug and play is because they send all you the wires needed to wire them up using their temp sensor and control box. It's an easy wire job as long as you know which of the four wires are + and -

Yep its me..wonder how to get my car in avatar..not great at this computer stuff..
So are you saying they do look pinkish red and that is why you say should have gone black? I do like the shroud thing for looks and should help flow a bit.Wiring doesn't scare me at all.And whats some fabbing on the fans when I have to drop a 6 bolt in my 7 bolt car?
I used to drop v8s into 4 bangers in my younger days for fun!

Ok figured out the avatar thing.I have to take a closer pic when it gets nice out and with my new MSR crome mags and eibach pros.

I prefer a more low key look than colour matching and colour highlights. I have recently powder coated my valve cover black, and now the only red under my hood is the fans. I think the red has a slight more pinkish colour then blood red, and of course that is exagerated with the flash.

You'll have no problem with wiring and fabbing up brackets if your doing you own 6 bolt swap.
