Well i was going for a turbo EVO III 16G that i was buying in the US. but here in Mexico i found a holset HX30 pretty cheap comparing with all i was gona pay (shipping, custums) from bringing the evo.

i had read all the thread Holset Turbos (btw great thread long but very usefull).. and there only refer to the HX35, the hybrid HX35/40 and also HX40.. and didn't see anything about the 30.

would this turbo HX30 turbine 9cm^2 make my goals 300whp on a 2.4 dohc engine with compression ratio 8.8:1 ? it will be a dd.

if anyone have where to find the compressor map will be great

If you're spending the money on a bigger turbo, You need ALL of the supporting mods for the car to run like it should, With that turbo on it. According to your profile, You have NONE. I think you need to do some research before you just go for the whole ''bigger is better'' ordeal, That everyone seems to do anymore.

The HX30 should be large enough to make the power you are wanting. So would a Evo3. Since you didn't list the car that you are putting this on people assumed that you were running a DSM. Since it looks like you have a turbo stratus instead , the cost of this thing will depend on what kind of manifold you are using, whether the flange fits the tdo5h exhaust housing, or whether its a t3 flange. Getting a new manifold if you dont have to already is going to swing the cost one way or the other. You need to provide a little more information when you ask questions like this.
 
Please tell us more about the car and the 2.4L engine that you'll be running the turbo on. An evo3 16g will spool up super fast on a 2.4L engine, probably around 2800rpm.
 
Thanks guys my car is a dodge stratus r/t 97 2.4 dohc turbo, Well i have all the mods to run a big turbo.

the compression stock was 8.0:1 i raised to 8.8:1, stock the car was rated 168 hp using a TD04L turbo. i don't have problems about making the flanges.

I'm looking on the HX30 because that will be very cheap here in my country Mexico i can get a rebuilt one with warranty arround 200 dlls, if i get the Evo it is 529 with extreme psi, or 569 with sbr. plus 120 of international shipping plus 17% of the original price about cutoms fees. So that's why i'm trying avoiding ordering the evo jeje but if it will be absoluty necesary to run this i will have to order it.

yeah the injectors i also have a doubt about those but i will go in steps on the injectors if i go to big i will need to make a return line, and mess with alot of things. i also have a stock SRT-4 injectors stage 1. what about the hole setup and playing with the hx30
