Ok Im having to replace my 14-b right now because the nut spun off the end on the intake side. When I took the turbo off I looked down the exaust side and all of the fins were gone. I know nut did not go through the engine because I found it in my Intake pipe, Does anyone know what could have caused the exhaust fins to be destroyed? Because I dont want to just ruin the next turbo also.

Sidenote: I was running 20 psi on the 14-b, question? I had zero knock, but my o2 volatge at wot was .70 can you not be knocking and still be running lean enough to damage your engine, if so could high exhaust temps have melted the fins?

That's no longer a turbo. It's a paperweight.
Someone didn't properly stake the nut.

Yeah That explains why the fins on the intake side where damaged but what about the Exhaust side?
