Okay, So i just installed a 16g turbo and a frount mount, along with 550's and a 225lph pump. Now I only need a Boost controller but I am out of money for anything electronic. So I was wondering what would be a good choice for a MBC. I looked at Perrin MBC and at the Turbo XS MBC. Please let me know what you use.

Any ball and spring type should be fine. Turbo XS, being a bleeder type, seems to be hit or miss.

just make sure to mount it in a place where it wont rub on anything. i had mine on top of the throttle cable and it rubbed against the hood blanket and eventually shot the adjustment screw (and probably the spring and ball) out on the road somewhere. does anyone know where to get replacement parts for the joe p.?

damn, wish i woulda looked into this before buying the TuboXS LOL. i paid $120 and it's been pretty solid, but its had some issues before, like the time it allowed me to spike to something well over 30psi (since thats all the boost/vac gauge reads to) :coy:

With TurboXS, tapping from the compressor rather than the BOV line will help minimize the well know TurboXS spiky problem.
