I have got a holset 35/40 turbo and I want to push over 25psi , is the 38mm going to be a restriction? or will it be fine? thanks

I run that wastegate with my FP Green at 20 to 25 psi and it's worked great.

No you should be good. AMS sells a 38mm with their gt35r turbo kit, and thats a huge turbo.

Yes, I agree. The 38mm Tial should be plenty big enough for a Holset turbo. I have a 38mm Tial on my car, along with a 50-trim running 22 psi, and it's more than enough for me. :thumb:

(PS - Bullseye offers a 38mm internal gate on their Holsets and I havent heard any reported storys of creep on those yet)

Ok guys, thanks for the replies and I'm going to buy my tial w/g and SBR manifold now, its exactly what I was looking for!
