Sometimes smoke sometimes not??????

Car is a 98 gsx with a jdm 6 bolt have a t3 t4 61 trim and its not that old sometimes whne u sit at a set of lights or drive thru you get a little bit of smoke rolling out and other times u get absoloutley none?? I dont understand the oil isnt lowering any (of major concern) Im using penzoil 10 w 30 and its just weird it does this! I hate when it smokes then sometimes u can drive the piss out of it and sit for like 10 mins and no smoke!! Turbo has no shaft play. moor works good not many miles on it!! What do u guys think it is?? Thanks! No smoke on start up or when u drive otr under boost!

Thats kinda starnge, when under boost it will puff out some smoke inbetween shifts being normal...but your condition is really starange...anyone have sugestions?

Do you have your PCV hooked up to a vented catch can?

I know with mine hooked up like that it will smoke out the catch can, but I only notice it at night while at a stop when the smoke goes past my headlights.

welli do hae i catvh can its a inline clear like lawnmorer fuel filter and the hose comes out the other end with a air breather on it!! Just drips to the ground behind my battery box!! But this smoke is coming from the exhaust drove the pisss out of her today and sat in my drive way for like 2 mins and nothing!! Weird it comes and goes !!

Same thing happened to me, ended up being the seals in the turbo were going.
