14B bolts

Me again, another slight prob. I was wondering if anyone knows if the bolts for the o2 housing, and manifold to turbo have a certain thread pitch or anything like that? I can't just go buy bolts for the 14B because i would get the long ones for the 1g 4G63 motor, but i just need short ones, any ideas? or just go to a hardware store and keep testing

Yeah, the turbo-to-manifold bolts are m10x1.25 80mm. I cant remember what the O2 housing bolt size is......

yeah, any good hardware store that sells metric bolts. Paul's size is correct. I know b/c I just bought some. Lowes, Home Depot, and many other places will have these size bolts, but it wont be tapered like the stock ones, so its harder to get them to start threading in.

I doubt that you'll be able to find turbo and o2 housing bolts locally because they're designed to expand and contract due to heat, you don't want to use regular grade 8 bolts especially the manifold to turbo bolt. BTW Make sure you use anti-seize which will make you next un-install much easier.

ARP actually makes them too (that's what I use).
Here's the part numbers for anyone interested:

763-1010 - stainless, hex head
773-1010 - stainless, 12-point head
663-1010 - black oxide, hex head
673-1010 - black oxide, 12-point head

The part number is for a pack of 5. It's the only way they come.
