how do i tightin the bonja bolt on the back of the turbo next to the block


do i need any sealer for the new crush washers


how tight should my maifold bolts be exhast any sertan way to tightin them down


what size bolts for the oil drain line i lost my old ones

I've found it to be much easier to install the turbo without the exhaust housing on the turbo. Unbolt the ring clamp and pull the exhaust housing off. It'll give you much more room to work on the turbo, and you can just use a wrench to tighten the banjo bolt.

No, no sealer is needed for the new crush washers. Just make sure they're clean before reinstalling them

The manifold bolts should be between 18-22 ft-lbs. Start from the middle and work your way outward.

folow up instaled it what a pita taking it out was 20 times easer i hade to do it all by myself cuz every one picked to day to do something. but its in it was smoking alot howp thats normal i dont know but its runing agine :thumb:
