power guestimates for my 2.3?any takers?

hey guys, so i get my car back this weekend, after three months, and i already have a few races lined up, and im very excited. Just wanted to see what kind of power you guys think i should expect to be making, the following are the mods that i have done:

aem stand-alone
2.3 litres
shep. tranny
eagle rods
weisco pistons
hks 272s
stage 1 heads (1g[crower titanium retainer, si mitsu valves, mild porting])
precision sc61 full garrett
turbonetics exhaust manifold
tial 40mm wastegate
tial 50mm bov
fmic 23X12X3
aermotive adj.fpr
1000cc injectors
walbro 255 (hi)
dsbc
full 3" turboback exhuast (straightpipe with straight through muffler)
1g intake mani.
6->7 bolt conversion
chromolly flywheel

They estimate 6 hours of tuning on the dyno, so what kind of numbers should i expect? what kind of 1/4 times? btw, its been converted to fwd to be tuned. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

also what are your estimates for a 2000 mustang cobra, supercharged(9psi) and a 100 shot, only car i have lined up that i think might give me a decent run...
