what is an acceptable test? Meaning how must psi should it hold for how long

Mine is horrible, i get it to about 12psi, and if i stop, it just leaks down to 0 within 20 seconds

my main leak is around the bov adaptor weld, im getting a new section of pipe there, but what should i be looking for, how much leak is accceptable??

It will all leak out eventually... but shouldnt in 20 secs...

It is safe to put around 20 psi in there while you doing the test.

I did mine the other day and couldnt even get 3 psi max...

Since, I have fixed 3 major boost leaks.

1)- BOV flange welds werent welded all the way...

2)- Intercooler piping wasnt welded all the way

3)- rubber grommett had hole size of my pinky

BOOST LEAK TEST ROCK MY SOX ! :p
