Blowen 4 turbos this week, PLEASE HELP!

So I blew my small 16g, then a 14b, another 14b, and then today another 14b. On two of them the actual shaft snapped in half and the exauhst wheel came completly free! On the others I drove them for about 30 miles while they ran great and then they started hitting the wall and wouldn't spool, but sometimes would very rarely if they could break free. I'm pretty positive it's not an oil issue because I've tried it with the stock oil feed line and now I have RRE's supply and feed lines hooked up. What the heck is wrong. Right before they go, I get a loud whistling sound when I hit 0 boost and it just holds. I have a 2g mass, 550's, intercooler piping, 3" turbo back, ported 2g manifold, 7 cm exhaust housing, 255 fuel pump, etc... Any help you guys could give me would be awesome. Let me know if you have any questions concerning my problem or set-up and I'll answer quickly. I want my dsm to run like it should....Also, compression is 125 straight across here in colorado and I also performed a leak-down test and found nothing. PLEASE HELP! Thanks guys!
 
Yes you have an oil line but is oil actually comming out of it? When was the last time you changed your oil?

Likely you have a blockage in the oil feed going to your turbo which is causing them to burn up. Or you have a crap load of junk in your oil that is chewing the bearings up.
 
My first and best assumption would be that your starving your turbo.

Where are you getting the oil from??

Make sure your oil return line is good.

My second guess would be that your turbo is boosting alot more than what you think it is.
 
Check your oil pressure. btw... do you need another turbo?? I have an extra 14b if your interested...

yo guys, I'm running off the oil filter housing, where you're supposed to, there is oil running through just fine......I pulled off the hose and made sure just now...also, the return line is great. I have a new 14b in now and the car ran great fro 30 minutes now, when it hits zero boost, I here a whistling noise and it won't boost, where is it coming from? Took off exhaust and intake and there is no shatf play or rubbing. Turbo is still just fine...could it be BOV? WTF??? I really need help here, I'm positive it's not an oil problem, flow isgreat. WHat could it be. Any answers call me at 970-226-2335 or leave your number so I can call you if you have alot of know-how. I'm so lost and that tuner shop here doesn't know shit about dsm's. Please help!
 
Has to be oil starvation or a blocked return causing the oil to overheat. Cant be anything else. The squeel you here is the blades hitting the housing , at that point the turbo is fried.

Manually pour oil into the return. Make sure it flows easy.
Take one of your fried turbos and hook up the oil line and start car. Oil should poor out the return hole.
 
1. Either oil starvation or too high of a oil pressure from the filter feed combined with an inefficient oil return line. Change the oil as well.

2. Provide more detail on the boost characteristics, any spike or creep? It's also possible the gauge is not reading the correct boost.

3. Make sure the BOV is functional, opening when suppose to.

4. Major boost leak which will give you a different reading on the gauge than what the turbo is actually doing.
