I have a TD06H turbine and got a rebuld kit for a 16g. The berings the kit came with are for a TD05H turbine and do not fit on the shaft of the TD06H. I think I can have them machined... But I need to know the tolerences and specs for the berings. Anyone?

Call FP or AGP before you mess with it.

Well the kit was from Forced Performance :thumb: I Talked to Brian from FP about it yesterday. It turns out that the thrust Bering wore a little bit on the top of the shaft, creating a slight "mushroom" (.003) I used a little bit of sandpaper and its fine now. Well kinda... the bearings that where used in my turbo where .005 oversized on the outside diameter. FP won’t take the standard ones back so I'm kinda pissed. He said there "disposable" and they don’t want them. So I'm thinkin if there "disposable" send me some that are .005 over for free!!!

Just so I know you understand. I wouldn't take those bearings back becuase you had been putting them in and out of your bearing housing, measuring, and trying to put them on a damaged shaft.

My policy on taking back things in this circumstance requires me to be able to sell the product to someone else. I don't think anyone here would want those bearings after all of that. Nothing against you personally. The bearings are realativlley cheap, I think I told you I would send you the proper set for $10 shipped.

As I remember, you didn't purchase these rebuild kit from us directly either, correct? I think you got them from a buddy that bought them from us. So it wasn't possible to service you directly by asking you what size you needed?

I mean if I am wrong here, I'll take the bearings back and send you some more for free, but I think what I did was fair for everyone.
