O2's at 1.02- 1.04 V

Just posting for a friend of mine who is experencing the following symptoms.

1) At 5K Rpm while he was running the T-25 and now while running the 16G the car hits what seems to be a brick wall(fuel cut?). Boost guage will not read more than 15psi for some reason even witht he hose off the actuator??

2) We logged the car and O2's are reaching 1.02 and sometimes 1.04 Volts.

Mods are 16G, walbro255HP, MBC, K&N, 3"catback, TurbosmartBOV
1997 TsiAWD


Have no idea for #1, but #2 seems to be possible FPR overrun.

Any sugestions?

w/o some sort of fuel control that FP is more than likely creating the rich condition. I would suggest a AFPR that will be able to counter the flow created by the FP and a S-AFC to lean that sucka down. Might also think about some injectors.
