fuel cut? wrong timing? help plz

boost leak? fuel cut? detonation??? help me plz!
ok i have a 1990 GSX, and i have a problem.... ok when i hit about 14psi of boost my car will kinda stumble, and make a weird noise from the engine.... now im wondering if its fuel cut, or something else... it only happens if i hit the gas hard and get the boost up there... if i gradually give it gas, the pressure will rise, but the car wont stumble.. or could it be detonation????? im just lost .... ive read ALL the vfaq at clubdsm.com... any advice would help thanx.... oh by the way... i have some mods done...... buschur exhaust.. and hallman MBC

If you're ever around Worcester I can take a look at it... Sounds like it could be a number of things... fuel cut, ignition, or maybe even an ic piping issue
