What should I be looking at for HP/TQ numbers with this?

Ok I have a 96 GSX and got all my parts in but its not tuned up good right now but i was wondering what I should be looking at for numbers when I get it tuned right.

EVO O2 Housing
EVO Exhaust Manifold
EVO III 16G Turbo
Injen Intake
550 injectors
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
Adjustable FPR
HKS SSQ BOV
Greddy Intercooler Piping
Apex n1 Catbck 3"
HRC Downpipe 3"
Greddy Profec B Spec 2 (16-18psi)
Apex SAFC2

I think thats all of the mods that have to do with performance? Any Guesstimates on where my HP/TQ numbers will be around?

Thanks,
BE4TNUT

300 mabby tuned good, but the 550s are holding you back, with 660s and a fmic u can max that turbo out which is good for 375 hp range. looks like u got everything but a datlogger to get u there, good luck

450 injectors are good for about 280 at the crank, you should be able to make over 300 at the crank before you max out 550s, closer to 300 at the wheels when they are maxed out at 100% cycle duty
450s max out at about 240-250 whp, 550s are good for about 12-15% more flow, so you should be able to come pretty close to 300 whp with proper tuning, probally between 280-290 at the wheels with the boost a little higher

What about 660's on a 1G motor with 2G pistons and 60mm TB, stock side mount (cash flow dwindling).

With the mods you have I would just focus on maxing out that 16G before you worry about your intake to much.

So the name of the game is FUEL & PSI. I would go for 660cc if you dont plan on ever upgreading that turbo. But if you do I would go with 720 ball style :thumb:

(so latter on when that 16G just dont cut it any more you can sell it and bolt up a new 20G and wont have to mess with the fuel system)

I very excited to hear that! 330-340 is my goal (sustained). Since my post I know have a translator and logger, afpr. I also need to know if I can buy a centerforce replacement disc, and the cost. During the install of the 1G I found some hotspots and very bad wear on the clutch. The pressure plate looks great can fix the minor spots on it. Any help is appreciated.
