is this fuel cut?

Everywhere I've read says

"fuel cut feels like hitting a pot hole/or a wall".

anyway at about 15+psi the car will studder(it still accelerates just alot slower) and the O2 gauge will blink going from the richest light to about the 1/2 way mark.
Since I live @ 5500ft above sea level is this my fuel cut?
And is it possible to get fuel cut from running to rich?

no thats not fuel cut, change your plugs/wires and that problem should go away.. fuel cut is exactly what everyone else said, feels like you hit a brick wall

Plug wires. same thing happen to me.
I just change mine this last week.
30k miles on the OEM plugs wires.

you were right, the plug wires were crap.

Alway try the cheap stuff first.
