The runs were made one after the other(heat soak?).FP at 46psi with 650cc hks272/272 running 94octane and 22psi on ETE32(50trim).EGTs are peaking at 900c top of 4th(7000rpm).Safc Hi Set are 1000=-24,2000=-25,3000=-29,4000=-33,5000=-34,5500=-34,6000=-33,7000=-32...Any help or advice would be great...BTW Karman Hz are at max 2440hz at 23 psi...Thanks

We also so it the second time, after you bumped it.

OK I'll take a crack at it. I think you should see a little more timing than what you're getting. 16 degrees at 6700RPM isn't aweful, but it should be better. It looks like you're not getting full spoolup also until about 5300 RPM which isn't very good for that turbo. You may be knocking too much running 22PSI on the pump with that turbo and the cams. I would turn the boost down a little as a test and see if the timing goes up and I would also try adding some more fuel up top. The 02s on a 2g can really vary. Mine read between .96-.98 on my logger even though I recently tuned to a 12.5 AFR on a wideband at the dyno.
 
Thanks Mike, the only reason I have it so lean is because it still blows black smoke on WOT.. I will try with lower boost..the 2nd gear pulls very hard but 3rd falls off a little..
