can't get my datalogger to work

i have mmcd software and a palm m100. i don't know how to get it to work. does anybody have instructions or can explain it to me thanks
 
Put the mmcd software on your pc. Then move the mmcd pda file to the add-ons folder under your palm folder. Then open your palm desktop software, add the mmcd program to the list, and hot sync. That will put mmcd on your palm. Then open it from your palm. Sorry, thats the best i can explain it.
