I am having a 2.3L storkcer built, i was wondering if the stock injectors would be able to hold? Or would you suggest 550's or bigger?

Holy not advanced batman.

450's could hold on a 10 liter motor, assuming it was not flowing a lot of air.

Injector sizing always has, and always will, correlate directly to the amount of airflow.

a 2.3L isnt listed under "normal" tunning..

thanks for the info though.

Yes not extreme, but since strokers or hybreds are becomming more common, it is a good question, but it should be in a differnt forum.

Injector sizeing is a function of maximum crankshaft HP. Taking into concideration parameters such as BSFC "brake specific fuel consumption", the number of injectors to be used, fuel pressure used, and some safety margin.
