first off, i must say that please don't think that dsmotorsport is a bad vendor because thier customer service is top notch! Nate is a great guy. unfortunately, the afpr that i bought from them leaks really bad. it is the same as charged air or spoolinupi put the stock fpr back on & it is fine. anyone ever experience this before? i just think that there may be a flaw in the piece. at least that is what my old man who has been a machinist for 35 years says. it leaks on the flat edge where it bolts up to the fuel rail. tried multiple fuel hoses, tried multiple clamps, tried tightening it to the point of a busted bolt. (yeah that was fun to get out). The damned thing just drips (very rapidly) fuel all over the place.

anyone's input would be greatly appreciated. especially anyone with a similar experience.

thanks to the community,
chad

yes i put oil on the new o ring. i tried multiple o rings. i set the pressure low & high to start off with. Nate at dsmotorsport is sending me a replacement one today. he got back to me with a resolution pretty quick. he said that it must be a "bad apple in the bunch". oh well, that's my luck.

I know, I have one :). I just figured if he had put it in without oiling it there might have been a small tear. I did when I got new injectors once a few years ago.

I had this problem when I installed mine, the fuel return spout on the FPR would leak. I ended up unscrewing the "spout" (for lack of a better term coming to mind) from the FPR, and putting a little thread tape on it and screwing it back in. Hope this helps
