Fuel tuning questiong....

I was just wondering, I have an S-AFC and 650cc injectors waiting to go in. I have in my EGT guage, but have not got it drilled into the mainifold yet. Can I put in the injectors or the computer with just looking at the a/f guage, or is the EGT guage a must have int this situation.

Personally, I would get a logger. The A/F is way to broad to tune by.

If I were you, I would be asking if you were safe tuning with just the EGT gauge, and that is questionable. Get a logger, or even borrow one to get a base tune.

You can install the safc and leave the correction values at "0". But DON'T put the injectors in until you get a pocketlogger and you know how to use it. You NEED (highly recommeded) a pocketlogger and an EGT guage to tune bigger injectors.
