I've got a ported and clipped T-28Killer with walbro 255, wires and iridium plugs. I was running at a high 16, to 17 psi and it was eh of a differance felt. But at the 18 marker I get a big grin I my face. I'm just wondering without injectors and fuel control is this safe. My Air/Fuel ratio and EGT say I'm all good, after hard 2nd and 3rd gear pulls. With a temp of about 1,200F-1,300F. And I just had my timming done and the engine seems to be running perfect (knock on my wood). Also have an upgraded side mount with all hard pipes, think I'll get bad heat soak or knock?

Wanted to also say that I had a first gen that I ran with just an upgraded pump on a stock turbo around 17lbs for almost 2yrs and never had a problem. 6 and 7bolts seem to be completely different entities so I'm not sure how the 2g will stand up.

the hell with HIN I'm gonna be at E-town with dsm's and supras then theres some import show after that.

With stock injectors and a bigger turbo, I don't think I would push past 16 or maybe 17 psi. Get a logger, and you'll be able to tell when you need to back off.
