You need to be WAY more specific about things like this.

I personally am partial to the 50-trim, but what is best for you depends on a multitude of things, which you gave us no informaton about.

You can use any turbo with the stock bottom end. Strength problems are related to torque output, so as long as you stay under a certain threshhold, you should be ok.

However, this does not mean that you will be able to maximize a turbo on the stock bottom end. You didn't give us any information about what goals you have in mind, so I can't offer you much help beyond this.

You can always start off with the tried and true 50 trim. What I suggest is a T3/T04E 50 trim with a stage 3 turbine wheel in a .63 AR turbine housing. If you want faster spool then step down to the .48 AR. This turbo will get you in the 11's and still be plenty of turbo as you upgrade your parts. If it ever gets too small then you can throw a 60-1 or SC61 compressor on there and be on you way as long are you are at least running the .63 AR.

I have a t3/4 50 trim on a stock block and head, have no probs at all. As long as you make sure your car is running mint you will be fine.
