cant get logs on the computer

I have this posted on other sites as well and no one can figure out what I am doing wrong. I have everything downloaded that they say is required and still cant view my logs. someone please give me some advice. Thanks and here is my info.

Well I down loaded java, and the program from pocket logger that is suppose to allow me to put my logs on the computer but still no go. my mods are

Is there anyway to do this without it going on the computer? I have no clue on how to read this, my

STFT1 goes from 0 to -1 to 8 throughout my run
LTFT1 goes from 12 to 0 to 12
RPMs dont even show the 3,000 or 4,000 mark
speed was from 0-85
timing was all over the place up and down from 0 to 34
AIR FLOW from .37 to 20.38
O2 1 was 88-92
O2 2 was 96

and thats all I can figure out, I know theres gotta be an easier way to read this thing.

I cant get the logs from the computer to open. I downloaded java, and the graphical log viewer and everytime I try to open it it says "The documents format is invalid or not supported."
I tried to save them in the spreadsheet and in an aol downloads spot but they just come up as a bunch of scrambeled letters.

here is some of the readings that i got off the palm, these are just by looking at the little # in the top right of the graph

that was at full throttle in 1st gear

SAFC
High settings were

1000 -31
2000 -31
3000 -33
4000 -34
4500 -36
5000 -38
6000 -38

Low settings

1000 -31
2000 -33
3000 -33
4000 -33
4500 -35
5000 -35
6000 -35

th is 30% and 70 %

ok....

have you run the tests to get your sample rates as high as possible? if so, how many s/sec?

next, don't log 02 2 that simply tells you whether your cat is working
don't log speed
don't log stft
don't log ltft
airflow is nice to know, but not that important as it is not correct anyway (the afc is adjusting it every 1k rpm) so take that off as well.

that will help you get more useful data per sec.

you can just view the fuel trims to get an idea where they are, but when you are actually saving a run, don't have them on as they just slow things down.

next, when you are looking at timing/02s these are only valid at wot, so if you are saving the log, get tps as well.

what else would you like to know?

btw I have seen your posts on your probs with the plviewer and don't know what to tell you there.

Here's the deal. To install it on your computer, you must read the directions to a "T" and do exactly what they say. I talked another DSMer through it on instant messenger one day. I'm sure I could do it again for you. It's been a while but I'll look through the install and see if I can remember it. Hint: Print out all the instructions and follow the quick install directions. It's a pain but you can do it. I'll see if I can figure out the exact directions, write them out and put it on here.

That would be great. I am getting so frustrated with this F N POS. I have sat here for hours trying to figure out how to see my logs. And tuning my car by just looking at the palm pilot is working but still a PITA.
