OEM Damper Pulley ?????

Hey, ok so I got unthrodox pulleys but i have to return them because I read you need haranic balancer so my question is OEM DAMPER PULLEY with a balancer ? and yes I know UNDERDRIVE DAMPER PULLEY is for $350 (thats expensive).
so what is OEM DAMPER PULLEY ?????

It's a crank pully that's actually two pieces, bonded together with a vulcanized rubber insert. There's a weighted outer rim, it helps to cancel out vibrations in the crankshaft (blancing out harmonics).

is that a pulley with harmonic balancer that I could change with the stock one?

If you can re-write that entire first post so that it is in short, consise, coherent sentences, then I can probably help you. Right now, I don't even know what the question is.

The OEM Damper pulley is simply the factory (Mitsubishi) crank sprocket. It has a rubber center to help relieve twist in the crank.
