Well I wanted to install my exhuast tomorrow but I was wondering if I should wait until I get my 2G datalogged and compair the affects of the exhuast on the car.

Also when tuning for reliablity should one try and tune close towards stock timing?

A datalog probably isn't going to tell you a whole lot about the before and after changes from an exhaust.

What do you mean, "tuning for stock timing?" Just try to tune so that you do not have any knock and you have maximum timing advance like everyone else, and you will be fine.
