Is it possible, or should I add that onto the list of things my car needs. I have the safc on the way, and the 550cc injectors were next. Can I tune with these and an egt or do I definetly need a pocketlogger.

Thanks

youve got to be able to find out about knock and timing for sure. And there are some other values that would be a major help.

But without timing and knock, it will be easy to do more harm than good.

Yes you can tune without a logger but a logger makes everything 10,000 times easier because you can actually see what is going on with your car and how it is really running.

Ok so logger is on the list then :). Thanks guys, I'm just getting anxious to see what this t28 can really do.

I would NOT install the injectors until you get a logger. You CAN install the SAFC and leave the correction values for the hi and lo tables at "0"; this will act like the SAFC is not even in the system. Learn the menus of the SAFC, and learn the how to log before you put the 550cc injectors in.

Tune low safc settings using short and long term fuel trims.
Tune high safc settings using timing advance, egt temps, and logger o2 voltages.

Ok cool. Any recommendations? My funds are a little limited so I would prefer something cheap.

Thanks for the help guys
