Wont Start Help!

I have a 95 Eagle Talon i just bought and it has been running super rich, i just went out to start it right now and now it wont start. it just sits there and tries to turn over than i can smell fuel really strong like its flooded. Is my fuel pump bad or something? Someone please help im at a loss and the cars stranded in a parking lot.

Could possibly be a bad coolant temp sensor. Is the check engine light on?

I actually just replaced the CTS because the CEL was on and it was running great (still rich) but that shut the CEL off and now it wont start and has no CEL

might sound too simple, what about your plugs?

Just replaced all four plugs gapped to .028, msd ignition wires, my pump sounds kinda loud like a whining noise is that normal? I even sprayed starting starting fluid and no luck
