This may or not be in the right place so I apologize ahead of time but its a mixture of topics and questions.

Okay well after being out of the DSM world for the past three years I decided that its time to get back in the world of boost, I've just missed it to much ROFL anyway...Now I feel like a complete newbie again and have a few questions...I just bought a 96 GST with a 6 bolt swap completely rebuilt from bottom up, aprox 25,000 miles.

Current Setup

Big 16g Turbo (stock boost 12-15 psi)
DSMLink V2
550cc injectors installed and already adjusted for with DSMLink V2
Walbro 255 Fuel pump not yet installed
3" Thermal R&D turbo back with high flow CAT not yet installed
Aftermarket Boost Gauge
EGT Gauge, probe is ran but not yet installed inside the car
ACT 2100 Clutch
Quaife LSD

The car idles perfect and runs great, pulls hard. Restricted right now because the stock exhaust is still installed but will be coming off soon. So my questions are, is it alright that the bigger injectors are already installed and adjusted for with the just the stock fuel pump? I am completely new to the world of tuning and really need to learn what I am doing before I even attempt and do not want to screw anything up. Also when I get the 255 Fuel Pump installed what will I need to do with the Fuel management if anything? So on to the Link...it is already run and inside the car with the adapter from Serial to USB. He gave me the disk that it came with and upon further review of all the extra things I received with the car I found two Chips.

My question with these is basically what are they? Do they need installed or should they have been installed before anything was done with adjusting for the new injectors? I'm sorry I know I sound like a complete newbie here and I really have no idea what I'm doing yet with the whole Link system.

Thank you in advance for your input and advice.

Get a wideband before you do anything else!

Your fine with the 550's as long as you have the global dead times adjusted for them. With the stock fuel pump you wont be able to max them out however.

When you install the 255 walbro you will need an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator. The walbro will overflow the stock fuel pressure regulator.

The orange wire is installed if you want to take advantage of the "no lift to shift"(nlts) feature of dsmlink.
