tmo ecu vs. apexi safc

how do the tmo ecu's compare to electronics such as the datalogger, s-afc, and so on?
if you have a tmo ecu, would you even need a s-afc?
i'm considering buying a stage 3 so i can put my laptop to use, please give me all of your opinions on it.

The TMO allows you to datalog(if you have the SW) But I believe that's it. I don't think you can tune fuel and ignition timing with it.
