unkown chip identification help

I got this chip from a guy. He said something about pins or maf. I'm not sure. Anyhow he said it's worth over $100. Here's whats printed on the chip with knobs:

It looks to me just like a fancy version of one of those resistor things they sell on eBay, to screw with the IAT reading and make the car run richer/leaner. Junk. You have the good Flash ECU in your car, just get it reflashed and forget about scams like that one.

Oh i'm not going to install it in anything because it came in a trade, I just wanted to know what it is so I could sell it
