I have a 3" downpipe and 3" exhaust and was wondering if i go with a catless setup would it effect the aem wideband 6in1 accuracy? i have o2 sensor on the dp and then a o2 sensor after my cat. Also i have external wastegate on my setup.

If the o2 sensor for the AEM wideband is before where the CAT is now, then no, it would not have any effect on it. You aren't doing anything different except removing parts AFTER that o2 sensor so you will get the same reading.

You can download the install .pdf on the www.aempower.com website. Says to run it pre-cat. So yes, if the sensor was mounted post cat it would affect your readings. However if it's pre-cat you'll have no difference in accuracy.

Yes. As downstream as possible. I choose to mount it right in between where the driver's axle bolts up and the frame. That way when you look down behind the intake manifold the sensor is mounted right there for easy access of routing the wiring and to disconnect the sensor if you need to take the downpipe off.

Well I have a sensor on my dp and after my cat so if I go catless and hook my wideband to my dp will the reading for aem wideband still be correct? Someone told me it should be hooked up at least 18" away from the turbo also I know of someone who installed there wideband after there test pipe?

Post #5. Your talking about the sensor "bung" or fitting I assume. If you have no cat, it wont matter. If you do have a cat, mount it pre-cat.
