I am looking into buying a innovative lc1 wideband cable with o2 sensor and i was wondering if you can hook it up to your lets say safc to read as the gauge or even my apexi autotimer?

No, you'll need the Innovative controller. You may be able to use the analog output to also give signal to another device but it would have to be a device capable of interpreting 0-5v signal with a scalable input.
