What is some max boost I can run with keydiver chip stage3 on 94Pump gas( we got 100Octane euro spec made by shell, its almost the same as 94Octane US spec..)
Would like run 25+PSI...:sneaky
fellas here runs on same 100Octane euro spec 32PSI with 12.4 / 13 AF´s:|

On my last setup T3 50trim,FIC 850cc,single wally, ebay FMIC, I went 22PSI on (Euro spec 95Octane..like 91Octane US spec) no knock..

Wanna use this chip until I will teach how to tune my link..

Thanks for input

Well Im guessing on that setup you have a wbo2. Pretty much depends on afr, timing and detonation. Im also guessing you have something to fine tune the WOT right? What is the WOT target afr? If afr is good (10.9-11.1) and timing is low, I would say 16-18* max would be good than jus keep turning boost up till you have detonation.

The lean afr's you are running on that last setup is bad. I would never run leaner than 11.1 on any gas thats 94 octane or lower.

As Jay stated, it's really all about your afr's, knock, and timing. As long as you are comfortable with what you are seeing then boost away. You are really only limited by MAS overrun, but you won't really see any of that until you are approaching 500hp.

I've got a Keydiver stage 3 chip, and with my setup on US 91oct, the most I can get away with is 24psi, keeping the afr's at about 10.7-11.0:1. On e85, I have boosted as high as 32psi with no issues.

boost pressure is irrelavant unless everyone has the same turbo. at 20g at 15psi will need more fuel than a 16g at 20 psi to keep afr's in check. u should be asking yourself what is a safe lbs/min that i can run with a keydiver....i to am intersted in the correct anwser.

I have the stg 3 keydiver as well. Logger and wb02 for monitoring. Had an afc but it seemed to go bad on me so I had to take it out. I only need to make LITTLE adjustment but I really cant justify buying another afc. Anything out their I dont know about?

Oh, I only run 15psi (BR20g) tops...i treat my stupid car like a queen. Interested in hearing what others run with the chip tho.
