fuel pressure setting for my set up?

I have a Walbro 255 fp, 550cc injectors and S-AFC. Running mad RICH had to adjust afc to like -40%. So found out that I should have a AFPR, buying one Monday.
is once I install it what should my fuel pressure be set at, so my AFC can be used for more fine tuning?
Also if needed Im running a Big 16g

start with 43.5 with the vac off and/or 36 with the line connected. I'm pretty sure these are the stock settings. anyone one want to back me up?
