should I upgrade to 255lph fuel pump and 660 injectors before I order DSMlink?

I am running the Aeromotive afpr. I am planning on ordering DSMlink next week. I am currently running 550s and a 190lph walbro fuel pump. I plan on going to 660s and a 255lph walbro pump. If I order DSMlink with it's profile setup for 550s and the 190lph pump how hard is it to reprogram for the 660s and the 255lph pump?

If you're getting DSM Link, I would go with bigger injectors so you don't have to buy some again. Bigger injectors don't usually have a much higher price tag anyways.

Plus you can run E85 if it's available or becomes available in your area (750's are good for over 400 hp on E85). No you don't need 1000's+, 2 fuel pumps, and new lines like may people insist.

I would say order the DSM Link with the settings you will be running, not what you have now.

Those settings only affect one thing: the global and deadtime for the injectors. And the only time the original settings burnt on the chip come in play is if your battery is disconnected, link will be reset to original settings.
Having settings close to what you are running or exactly what you are running means you can drive home without making any changes and then bust out the laptop and reload your tune once there. If you are running say 1000cc injectors and your chip is burnt for 660s, you will have a hard time getting home :)
Not an issue if you always have your laptop in your car...
