I just got my potcketlogger to use on a 98 GST A/T. I'm running on a Palm m125 and I can't get it to connet. when i run the test none of the numbers change and i get no data trasfer rate. The software is registered and i've checked the connections and they all look good. one thing i've noticed is when it's connected and i move from screen to screen it's really slow... like it takes 5-10 seconds after selecting a button... I'm also using a serial/usb hot sync cable but i wouldn't think that would matter. Thanks for any help.

Wasn't there a website that said something about the USB type cable doesn't transfer this type of data? Just thought I remembered reading that. I'll try and check some more sources and get back to you...

Honestly, I would call them up... When I had a problem with it, I called up and they were VERY helpful. So, if you still can't figure things out once u have read through their FAQ and website, give em a call. Good luck
