I'm mostly looking for free datalogging. I've found MMCD, tunerpro and pocketlogger for $125. So what all is out there and what do ya'll think about them? Also what is out there to link the ecu to my laptop. I found a keyspan at Welcome to www.moates.net! : Moates.Net
Thanks

seems like mmcd is the way to go for 1g's. tunerstein is an option but it's not very good. pocketlogger seems nice but you have to pay $125. here's a how-to on building your own cable for linking the ecu to the logger. Untitled Document

for some reason people on this forum don't like helping people with logger software.

Yes, MMCD is the way to go for free software for a 1G. I run it on my car and dont have one complaint about it. I would suggest it to anyone looking to log on a 1G. Its also very easy to use. My whole datalogging setup cost me like $50.

MMCD is the best one to use. There are two different versions out there. The newer one has more features but is harder to find for free. You can find it though. My color palm was $30 on ebay and you can make a cable cheap so it shouldnt be more than $60 all together.
