720's and idle?

Well it's time for my next upgrade, injectors. I plan on using something bigger than the L2R. After reading about Larryd maxing his 660's out which I was going to get (sizewise). I am thinking I need bigger. How bad is it to get 720's to idle with piggybacks? I have a VPC and a S-AFC for tuning (I know some sort of standalone would probably work better but that's not the answer I'm looking for). Thanks......

PS. I know there are like five posts under this one about injectors but none answered the idle question.

I have 720 and they idle fine. but I do have dsmlink thou. I think they should work as long as you fist replace the turbo and then install the 720.

I am maxing out my stock ones now with the stock turbo ported. I will be getting a turbo like a month or two after the injectors. My freind has 720's as well, with DSMlink, his runs fine. I'm still in the dark ages with my piggybacks though!

Hmmm, maybe I should just sell all my stuff and get the AEM. I ahven't done any research for AEM yet (I am happy with what I have now is why). Do you have to run a MAF with that?

If you have to ask, you shouldn't get one.

Okay so when I didn't know anything about a DSM and was going to buy one I said "should I get a 1G or a 2G?". Does that mean I shouldn't even own one? I don't mean to sound rude but we would still be riding in carriges if someone somewhere hadn't asked a question. But oh well I guess I'll just stick to what I have since that's all I know.

PS after reading my above post about the AEM, that was a really stupid question. Like I said I haven't done any research at all on them because I don't need one. So you are right.....

My post wasn't meant to insult, it was meant to light a fire under your butt and make you research an AEM setup to see if you really need it. It seems to have worked.....eventually.

Besides, would you rather have me post "Search!".

Haha, search what's that?

I don't think I am anywhere close to needing the AEM. Unless I want to pop my hood so people can check out my "standalone fuel managment system"

I'll just stick with what I have and hope the injectors are okay.

to you guys running the 720s and the DSMlink, what brand 720s are they? I thought I had read something on the DSMlink group stating issues with the link and certain 720s?

I've been looking into the 720cc and it is getting easier to tune for me.. My biggest problem is with the CAS Reg witch I've been dealing with. Not too fun, and the fact that winter gas has oxygen in it that has been causing some problems. But I have fix any problem with the injectors tuning issue. They are denso and they work fine. I don't see any problem or issues any more.
