Very Low Timing at any boost lvl
Mods are current in profile.
I tried to tune for 14psi tuning boost all the way down. I could not get more than 5-7Deg of timing.
Turned my boost back to 22PSI same thing no more than 5-6deg of timing.
O2 is about 96-98
WB reading 11.5-11.7
I'm Runing BPR8ES right now 7s where a tad hot. but was not getting more than 5-7deg with them also.

Sounds like you are knocking bad. What are your Air Intake Temperatures? Try backing the boost down a little bit.. maybe 20 psi or so. Your AFR's are pushing it for pumpgas... maybe richen it a hair. Also, try some BR7ES plugs... or br8es's if you feel it's nessesary. The non-projected tip from what I found out helps a little with knock prevention.
What are your coolant temps at also?

Hi,
I would richen it to 11.0:1, see if this helps. If not then maybe run some high octane "race" gas to see if it is phantom knock. Check intake and coolant temps as was mentioned before. Also maybe try to seafoam the engine to get rid of any carbon (hot spots) in the combustion chamber. I would turn boost down to 14 psi until you fix the problem. Hope that helps.

Check for boost leaks (mandatory suggestion it seems), and then check if you've skipped timing. You may want to look through this thread and try that method if you want to ground it and hit it with a timing gun: Tuning question

I kinda remember the shop shaving some of the valve when I got that head back (Had it decked so I can put it back on the block) I wonder if they took to much off...
I never had this problem with the other head I had on. The head was swaped about 1 year ago.

Your intake temps are consistently high--over 100 degrees high. You need to lower this somehow.
Your front O2 sensor looks like it's starting to die or malfunction in some way. Enable the DTCs and see if anything is wrong.
Is there any reason your global isn't at -42%? Your LTFTMid is showing +10% in that last log.
Capture ThrottlePosition, ISCPosition, and LrndIdleAdj, then make a log of your car from startup until 5 minutes after and post that.
